Deadwood

Shrouded in darkness, Deadwood has earned it's name from the seemingly lack of life there. Though the city is one of the largest ones in the world, rarely will you find the streets packed. Most citizens keep to themselves, mainly because they're wanted criminals, or soon to be wanted criminals. Despite nearly the whole population being thieves and assassins, Deadwood has the largest and most powerful prison in all of Monde, watched by the most skilled of rangers, and wizards.
