- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - As they walked, Tsuya openly enjoyed the sights.
She took several moments to take it all in, breathing the fresh air, and staring off at various plants, before realizing that her master was ahead of her, forcing her to jog slightly to catch up with him again. This would repeat several times, until the enclave was far out of sight, and her master stopped to size her up and down.
She had been paying attention during his quick review of the Force, but, most of it went through one ear and out the other. This was common knowledge to any Padawan, and, even more common if you were the Padawan of the Keeper of Information for the Jedi Order. Nonetheless, she nodded at him as he walked away. "Right, feel the Force in everything around me."
With that, she sat down, and assumed a meditative position. Closing her eyes, but not too tightly to strain herself, she cleared her mind of all thoughts. With a blank mind, she reached out, and felt the trees around her, the grass and plants, even the insects. As each one was felt, they entered her mind, and she could feel them coexisting with her, sharing the one thing that kept the galaxy together.
The Force.

TO THE WANDERER, THE JOURNEY IS THE DESTINATION. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Truly, from another looking from the outside in, Tsuya's connection to the Force was strong and grounded. She filtered her essence into the forest around her, placing herself in the midst of all this life. She did not force herself into her place. Rather, she realized her location and allotted herself accordingly. She was in harmony with the woods. The forest, in turn, flowed through her, heightening her senses and granting her strength. She experienced strength through harmony. She welled with the Force, her senses and intuition primed.
You'd think it would come in handy if a log were hurtling towards your head.
From parts unknown, but most definitely from further into the forest, a small fat log, only as large and as broad as her own chest, whooshed through the air in a light arc towards her. It wasn't big enough or travelling fast enough to cause any lasting damage, but it would cause a rather nasty concussion if she didn't stop or avoid it somehow.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Everything was peaceful.
Too peaceful.
A slight disturbance echoed throughout her core, as the stillness in the air was disturbed by something shooting through it. Too large to be a blaster bolt, but too small to be her master. Oh, by the Force, her master!
Reacting by sheer instinct, heightened from the Force and her sudden clarity and understanding of the area around her, Tsuya leapt with a slight curve to her body, resulting in a half back flip. The log sped underneath her, and she floated above it, with her back curved, then finished the back flip and landed once the log was past her.
"What in the heck was that?!" Typically, logs don't just fly out of nowhere to strike meditating Padawan's. And, even if they did, they didn't come in pairs. Another log was speeding in her direction, aimed right for her chest. She dug her heel into the soil, pushing it behind her, then held out both hands, focusing on the log. Despite the distance, she managed to slow it to the point where it was sitting still in the air. She then released it, letting it drop to the ground, then wiped her brow, looking around for more surprises.

TO THE WANDERER, THE JOURNEY IS THE DESTINATION. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Silence overtook the clearing. Both logs rolled to a stop along the soil, rustling into silence. For a moment, all was still.
Without warning, the loud flapping of many birds came to her, fleeing the canopy as if from a grand disturbance. A couple furred creatures, about as big as raccoons, sped past her legs behind her into the woods. A very heavy woosh cut through the air, the parting air becoming louder. It was only when it entered her clearing that it became clear. An entire timber, felled long ago and left to fertilize the earth, was upon her. It was a quarter as large as the grand trees next to her, but it was still a mighty hunk of wood. Dirt fell out of opened pores, the dirt-colored tree trunk separating itself from the greens of the grass and leaves overhead. Surely she would be crushed if she didn't do something.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "By the Force..."
Despite her moment of rest after stopping the second log, Tsuya found her jaw dropping from surprise and exaughstion. As animals sped away in many different directions, an ancient tree, fallen years ago, flew towards her. What was her master thinking?! If she couldn't stop it, she would be killed. Luckily, however, Tsuya didn't need to stop it.
Instead, she brought her heel back to her side, and straightened her body, then assumed a standing meditative stance. She had to act quickly, and fluently, but with the proper concentration, she had all the time in the world to react. She could feel the Force buildup inside her as she called to it, drawing it from everything around her. She raised a hand, and held her palm out, pointed towards the speeding tree.
She found the signs of age, and where it was weakest, then poured the gathered Force into it, through all the cracks, to it's most ancient weak points, even when it was just a simple seed. This was the shatterpoint. An ability rare to many Jedi, and, one she kept from her Master, studying it during her self-training and free-time, so that she could one day show it to him, and make him proud.
The tree was unable to take such pressure from the inside, and, split, into several pieces, quite possibly a hundred. All the pieces of bark and tree flew past her, leaving her unharmed, still standing with her open palm pointed forward, hair blowing back from the rush of wind.
She then felt her arm go numb as it fell to her side, and her breath ragged. Such a feat came at a price, but, the reward was well worth it.

TO THE WANDERER, THE JOURNEY IS THE DESTINATION. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The splinters of the felled trunk flew in every direction, shards of wood falling to rest behind her. The larger pieces thumped and rumbled before falling into place again. Once more, all was still. All would remain still for the next few moments.
"Shatterpoint."
A figure appeared from the tree next to Tsuya, the robed Kel Dor walking casually into the clearing up to her.
"Never did I expect to see such a skill in this waning generation of Jedi, much less from my own Padawan. It is an ability that comes only from either innate talent or untold practice and training. Tsuya, you have a great power at your disposal. All the same, a dangerous power if used with ill intent." He placed both hands on her shoulders, taking care of her more tender arm.
"The Jedi way cautions against pride, so I will merely say that I am highly impressed. It gives me great joy and accomplishment...to call you my Padawan, Tsuya."

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - She was positively beaming.
She looked up at her master, one eye partially closed due to exhaustion, while the other looking extremely tired. "You have no idea what that means to me, master. All my training goes into impressing you. That's all I could ever ask for, really."
Her knees wobbled slightly, but she managed to catch herself before she fell from the lack of strength. Shatterpoint was difficult when breaking small twigs and plexiglass. Shattering a whole tree, however, took much more than she ever expected.
So much, that, she didn't even notice when she lost all conciousness and balance, mentally and physically exaughsted from both Force and Saber training.
And to top it all off, the day wasn't even over yet.
